“A good friend in the commercial cleaning business told me about ProTeam vacuums. It was the best advice in my cleaning career.”
Productivity & Durability
Back then, Daniel’s primary clients were commercial. Facilities included a 100,000 square foot warehouse, where efficiency and productivity are critical to the bottom line.
“In that facility, using the ProTeam vacuum was tremendous. It allowed us to complete the job in a timely fashion. It was very effective.”
Although ProTeam vacuums had quickly proven themselves for their productivity, it was their durability that first attracted Daniel.
“I switched to ProTeam because it was a sturdier product. The equipment I had been using was not sturdy. They would heat up. The suction was weak. The parts were flimsy.”
In fact, the ProTeam TailVacs Daniel purchased in 2005 are still a vital part of his current fleet.
“I hear a lot of guys complaining about the wear and tear on their equipment. My ProTeam equipment is over 10 years old and still going strong.”
What’s more, their long lifespan isn’t the result of extensive or expensive maintenance.
“I know cleaners who are investing in replacing their vacuums every year,” says Daniel. “My maintenance includes replacing bags, and occasionally cords. We’re looking at less than $50 a year in most cases.”
With business growing, Daniel is planning to increase the number of ProTeam vacuums in his fleet, not replace them. He has his eye on the TailVac’s successor, the Super HalfVac Pro.
Versatility & Ergonomics
Today, Enjoy Life Cleaning Services serves an extensive residential clientele in addition to its commercial clients. In the residential arena, he is even more enthusiastic about the difference his ProTeam equipment makes. And judging from the exceptional Google reviews, his customers agree.
“It’s like night and day. New clients complain that their previous cleaning service wasn’t thorough. They would find cobwebs in the corner, lint and crumbs along the edges of the rugs. The homes we clean have very high ceilings, with windowsills that are out of reach. With the ProTeam brush attachments, you can get the nooks and crannies for dust, you can run it over the baseboards, and it’s done. With the wands, you can get to hard-to-reach places. You can’t do that with an upright. It’s an easier clean.”
Furthermore, residential spaces tend to have a variety of surfaces, and that’s another area the ProTeam hipstyle vacuums excel.
“You can go from a tile surface, to a wood surface, to a carpet surface without skipping a beat. And that saves tremendous time. That’s an advantage other vacuums don’t have. Compared to traditional uprights, our ProTeam hipvacs get the same job done in about half the time.” says Daniel.
Those tools aren’t just more thorough for the client, but also more ergonomic for Daniel’s staff.
“It’s safer for our workers. We avoid injury and liability,” Daniel says. “We have a lot of female workers who are smaller physically, and the hipstyle vacuums are just lighter and easier for them to use. And they do a phenomenal job. We just love them.”
A Healthy Clean
“One of the nice things about the hipstyle vacuums are that they’re quiet,” observes Daniel, “We can vacuum and it doesn’t disturb the patients. It’s critical for commercial daytime cleaning and a wonderful thing to have.”
ProTeam’s advanced filtration system is appreciated in both commercial and residential settings, but perhaps never more so than at a hospice.
As Daniel notes, “Older patients often have respiratory issues. And it’s not just the dust; the pollen levels in Georgia are very high. When we use ProTeam, we improve air quality.”
Daniel’s experience with ProTeam vacuums makes him certain he’ll serve the needs of his newest client, Cleaning for a Reason.
“We’re excited about working with Cleaning for a Reason, a non-profit that provides free cleaning services for women who are cancer survivors. We are very concerned about maintaining a healthy environment for them. We’re very confident we can do that with ProTeam.”
